Kevin began a career in construction and real estate at a very young age managing and rehabbing his own rental properties in Central Florida. He became highly skilled in building construction while putting himself through college. Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in real estate – from construction to investing. In 2007, Kevin founded Real Property Group as a real estate investment platform. The company acquired undervalued and distressed single family homes and small commercial properties, rehabbed the assets, and then used several different exit strategies to maximize the return on investment. Kevin is a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker. He earned his BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, and an MBA in Business and Finance from the University of Maine.

Kevin utilized his Finance degree by joining a bank in New England in the late 90’s and eventually becoming Chief Operating Officer of the publicly-traded National Bank. Kevin reported to the board of directors and to the OCC for compliance. Kevin has been able to parlay his banking knowledge into his real estate career by working with many REO departments.Real Estate has always been a passion of Mr Earnest, once he left banking he started his real estate company in the early 2000’s. He has completed thousands of real estate transactions for himself and others.
